OISC Verhnebakansky cement plant is a high-tech, ultra-modern production facility capable of processing more than 3 million tons of cement per year.
The plant employes the largest and most productive raw mill (atox mill) in Russia.
Production capacity – 2.3 million of tons of cement per year, amounting to ca. 3.2% of total cement production of the industry in Russia.
