Under the contract “Damar Heavy Industries” carried out construction and assembly works for a combined sulfur production unit and hydrogen production facilities. The capacity of the sulfur unit is 44,000 tons per year. This complex was planned to allow the Volgograd refinery to increase the output of euro-5 diesel fuel by 1.8 million tons per year.
